Mary Beth

Mary Beth has been a dental assistant for 14 years, and 10 of those have been spent working with Dr. Duerst. Not only does she provide great patient care, but she also works occasionally at the front desk answering phones and scheduling hygiene recall appointments. She and her husband, Drew, have 2 kids, McKenna and Logan, and live in Wisconsin. Mary loves to laugh and in her spare time she is often seen shopping and finding incredible deals. "My goal is to keep patients comfortable during their treatment and to educate them on their treatment needs".

Wendy

Wendy is one of our two hygienists here at RVDC. Prior to becoming a hygienist ten years ago, Wendy was an assistant for nine years. She, her husband, Joe, and three sons live in Lake Elmo. In her spare time, Wendy is chasing her sons to baseball and hockey. Wendy's favorite part of her job is meeting patients and helping them achieve a calming and educational experience. "I would love to help you brighten your smile and your day!"

Jeanne

Jeanne's happy demeanor is contagious as she greets you at the front desk. Jeanne has worked as a front desk administrator for 15 years, five of those with Dr. Duerst. Jeanne has four children and lives with her husband, Dave, and their youngest daughter in Cottage Grove. She loves bowling, boating, hanging out with friends, and riding their new motorcycle! Jeanne loves meeting and chatting with patients. "I hope that each visit our patients make with us is a pleasant experience, from the beginning to the end."

Eileen

Eileen is the newest team member of RVDC. She has been a dental assistant for 11 years and loves every aspect of dentistry. Eileen lives with her husband, Scott, her young daughter, and their two dogs in Osceola, WI. She enjoys many outdoor activities including running, biking, boating, canoeing, camping, playing volleyball, and going on motorcycle rides. "I love getting to know all the patients and helping them have a comfortable experience during their visit."

Michelle

Michelle has been a hygienist for 22 years, two of those years here at RVDC, and has worked with Dr. Duerst in several offices over the years. Michelle loves talking with patients and making them feel comfortable during their hygiene visit. Her easy going personality is a comfort to many patients. She lives with her husband, Steve, and three kids in West Lakeland. She loves the outdoors and likes to boat, fish and garden. "I take pride in giving our patients the best attention and educating them about their oral health."

Cathy

Cathy has been a dental assistant for 24 years and her bubbly laugh can be heard throughout the office. Her positive attitude and love for people and dentistry are demonstrated all day long! Cathy lives with her teenage son and daughter in Hugo. She loves listening to music, reading, gardening and taking long walks. "My desire is to provide treatment to patients in a kind, caring, nurturing manner.
