From the Desk of Dr. Lois...

Aloha! I recently had the luxury of vacationing in Hawaii to celebrate my 25th wedding anniversary. It was a great time to reflect on what we have accomplished together over the past 25 years and what we hoped for our future. I also spent plenty of time reflecting on my second family: my patients. I, along with my staff, spend a lot of time reflecting on past successes and learning opportunities and carefully plan on where we want to head in the future. That may take the form of additional training in a certain subject or the purchase of new technology. It may mean adding staff or changing someone’s job description to allow better customer service. We may need to change the way we do a certain procedure to be more efficient. Whatever the change may be, trust that it has been made after much consideration for what is best for our “dental family”. This year we have added new technology in the form of a digital panorex x-ray machine and a soft tissue laser. As a staff, we did CPR training and had an in office training session on our software. We’ve had many “lunch and learns” to discuss new products and procedures. As a team, we are truly dedicated to a continuous commitment of providing the best dental care and service we can. Aloha!!
